In cPanel, go to “FTP Accounts” and create an FTP user (username and password). Install an FTP client (e.g., FileZilla) and enter: Server address (e.g., ftp.intellize.me), FTP username and password, Port (usually 21 for FTP or 22 for SFTP). After connecting, drag and drop your files into the “public_html” folder to make them live on your website.
